Seed Crackers

Keto, Gluten/grain Free, Delicious

Ingredients

100g sunflower seeds

70g pumpkin seeds

70g sesame seeds

3 tbsps linseeds

2 tbsps psyllium husk

180 ml water

Sea salt to taste

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

Preheat the oven to 150 C. Mix all ingredients together and allow to thicken for 20 minutes. Transfer to parchment paper on a baking tray and place another parchment paper on top. Roll the dough into a thin layer. Remove the top parchment paper and cut the crackers in squares. Bake for 1 hour (keep an eye on them so they don’t burn). Allow to cool completely.

These crackers make for a great portable snack, great with a hot soup or with hummus!
